BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:
Booking with Serenity is via the online booking through our website, social pages or the Serenity App to book you will be required to pay a booking fee which is 50% for exisiting clients and 100% for new. Once you’re a regular guest at Serenity you can book in salon. New colour guests will be required to book a consultation patch and strand test before any colour is booked a full cost booking fee of £30 will be required this will then be deducted off the colour when booked however if you choose not to go ahead this will remain on your account for a period of 3 months.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING:
Please allow 72 hours prior to appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking this can be done via your app or your last email there is a rescheduling link in the email any amendments after this time will encure a cost as follows.
48 hours notice 50% of the booking cost. 24 hours or on the day 100%. However, we do work a traffic light and understand from time-to-time life gets in the way. So, the first time is on me. Second will encore a cost depending on time frame. Third will result in you not being able to book again without 100% of the appointment cost up front.
NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS
If you don’t turn up to an appointment you will be invoiced with the full payment of the booking to pay immediately if you don’t pay you will not be able to book until the full payment is made.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please DO arrive 2 minutes before your appointment so to start on time if you arrive after 10minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled and full price for the service will be required as I work a 1 in 1 out system appointments it keeps bookings on time.
CHANGE OF MIND
Weeks notice will be required if you need to adapt your appointment amendments on the day will not be accepted you will be required to pay for the booked appointment however you can have something different for the value of the original as the full amount for the service will still be chargeable on the day.
PRICING, VOUCHERS AND BOOKING FEES
We will be offering Gender neutral pricing and We only cut 12 yrs and up this is 20% off full price and includes a cut and finish
Pricing will increase yearly in April and this is at the discrepancy of the management, all costs go up yearly so there will be a year increase this will be explained a month before
Normal everyday Vouchers are valid for the year unless they are for a promotion each individual will have a 3 month use.
